We had the privilege of volunteering as the meal group for the Ronald McDonald House Thursday evening. The Columbus Ronald McDonald House is now the largest of its kind in the world and we were happy to have been selected to serve the meal for their Holiday Party.

Our employee and family volunteer group served up a holiday feast to the employees, volunteers, and families of the Ronald McDonald House.  They had it all:  turkey, ham, potatoes, stuffing, and so much more!  It was estimated that 300 people would be served and we were thrilled to be able to offer our time for such a great organization.  There was even a special appearance by Santa at the party, and he was able to provide a gift to each of the children staying in the House.

Thursday was also the conclusion of our Pop Tab Collection campaign for 2014.  We collected over 7 pounds of tabs to donate to the Ronald McDonald House.  The Ronald McDonald House is able to generate thousands of dollars from pop tabs every year. Our small amount of time spent saving tabs helps to make a big difference in the lives of the families. Our 2015 Pop Tab Collection is already under way!
