It is with great sadness that we share the news of the passing of Dr. Carolyn Merry.

Dr. Merry passed away in a car accident Tuesday afternoon. As a long time professor of Civil Engineering and former department chair at The Ohio State University, Carolyn has been personally involved in shaping an entire generation of civil engineers. Carolyn was a significant contributor both in the collegiate and professional environment. She will be greatly missed. Our thoughts go out to her family and friends at this time.

Dr. Merry’s memorial services will be held this weekend.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in her memory be made to the Carolyn J.
