The progress on Upper Valley Pike (C.R. 327) in Clark County is in full swing.

The project involves roadway improvements along with the replacement of an existing bridge over Storms Creek on the county line between Clark County and Champaign County.  The roadway improvements include full-depth pavement replacement and minor relocation to the intersection at Storms Creek Road and County Line Road.  The current prestressed concrete box beam bridge is being replaced with a precast concrete CONSPAN arch culvert.
