Moo Moo Express Car Wash High Street Traffic Signal Modification

Carpenter Marty Transportation was retained to complete a traffic signal modification as part of a site redevelopment on North High Street in Columbus, Ohio. Formerly a used car dealership, the existing site drive for the development site was an unsignalized leg of the signalized intersection of Fenway Road and North High Street. As part of the redevelopment, the existing site drive was converted to become the east and fourth leg of the signalized intersection. A traffic study was not required; however the signal modification design had a very aggressive schedule similar to a typical traffic study. The modification design was completed quickly following City of Columbus standards.
