I enjoy a small, close knit family firm culture and wanted to preserve that for our team. My father always asked me “What are you doing to make the world better?” I translated that into providing a place our team would want to work at by creating this culture and treating the employees like family. I take pride in it.

I was there from the beginning. I liked the vision of a smaller more family originated company versus a much larger corporation from where we came from.

I chose CM for the chance to help grow the company in Southwest Ohio. CM already had a strong presence throughout the state of Ohio, but it was an exciting opportunity to be a part of helping grow CM’s reach in the Cincinnati area.

The people and the opportunities. The people are supportive, truly work as a team, and help push each other to grow. Since we started out as a smaller firm and continue to grow, the opportunities are there if you want to take them.

During any given week, I get the opportunity to work on multiple different projects that all come with a unique set of challenges. In addition, this company has a lot of great people who are all passionate about their profession and take pride in their work…and Skyline Thursdays with my co-workers.
