The Hobart Drive project in Highland County is likely to begin construction in early 2015 and be completed by August 2016 according to Dean Otworth, the Highland County Engineer.  Carpenter Marty Transportation provided complete engineering design services for this project, including complete survey services and traffic studies.

This project includes a single-lane roundabout that will be located at a newly-created intersection of Careytown Road and Carl Smith Drive.  This will be the first roundabout intersection for Highland County.
