On February 21, 2014, the Ohio to Erie Trail bridge over County Line Road in Westerville, Ohio was set. The Ohio to Erie Trail spans the State of Ohio from Cincinnati to Cleveland following lands formerly owned by railroads and canals. When complete this trail will connect four of Ohio’s metropolitan cities, a dozen large towns, and numerous small villages – all done on easily accessible paved trails that are completely separate from highways and automobiles.
Carpenter Marty Transportation completed the design of the steel truss bridge. The project also included battered retaining walls, entrance ramps, and aesthetic design.
