It's New Year's Resolutions time once again! This is the time of year that we all reflect on the past and look forward to what's to come.
Here are a handful of our team's 2022 New Year's Resolutions:
I want to grow our traffic team. (Positions are open)
-Neal Underwood, Project Manager
My resolution is to be more confident while completing tasks and in meetings. I'd also like to learn to say no to requests when I'm overbooked and need my own time.
-Lexi Lampron, Marketing Coordinator
My resolution is to save enough money to buy a house.
-Cody Shannon, Project Engineer
I want to try to work ahead on projects more so that more time can be spent on QC/QA reviews and limit the stress for everyone involved.
-Gina Balsamo, Project Manager
I would like to resolve to broaden my horizons in the conferences and seminars I attend to get professional development hours. I want to research various topics outside of the typical public agency provided courses and expand my knowledge base to gain expertise in areas that can be both useful and unique to my position.
-Dan Schmuhl, Project Engineer
My resolution is to do a better job of keeping time for me in my schedule. I want to get in at least two workouts a week even when I'm swamped with work, coaching lacrosse, and studying for my PE.
-Chelsea Cousins, Project Engineer
I want to read more. I have a goal of a book a month.
-Shane Kalinoski, Project Manager
My resolution is to continue to integrate people's respect, love, and attention to balance my life. And to always honor relationships over accolades.
-Alex Alonzo, Senior Designer
Statistics say that nearly 88% of Americans make resolutions each year, and of those only about 40% actually stick with them. We hope that we're part of the 40%, but you can be the judge of that by checking out some of our past resolutions: 2015 Resolutions, 2019 Resolutions
Either way, we wish for health, happiness, and success for all in 2022!
